Search the value and removed same value from description

Hi,

I need your help guys.

I'm looking the formula to removed the same value from ref to description.

I know that I can use the text column tools but some of them different format using like "-" and space only in description. If I used the space all the description separate by column.

here the attached sample excel but with code or formula.
