Delete Repeated Entry of date

Hello there,

I have required to remove the repeated entry of date in the given file.
However, in this process I do not want to delete that rows because adjustant to that rows I have another data.

So how I can remove double or tripple date entries from "B" column without affecting other data.

In this process, "B" & "C" column double entry date removed, but other columns data not affected.

Appreciated your help.

Thanks for code, it removed the double entry from "B" & "C" column.
However, I want data should rearrange by replacing the empty rows. (no any space required)

Delete the empty rows will not benefits to me, reason my data in adjustant columns/rows will lost.

this uses columns to the right of column E, so if you have additional data in those columns this would not be advisable. But I don't know how you would eliminate the blanks otherwise.

I got it, to remove duplicates.
Any suggestion, how I can get last row in C column, any one line code?
