Faster way to copy data from MS Access to a worksheet

    Hello all,

I would like to know the fastest way to copy data from MS access to a worksheet.

    The data from MS Access:
    1) First case is a single column with rows more than 100000 that I would like to paste to a worksheet
    2) The second case is data from 5 columns with rows more than 100000 that I would like to paste to a worksheet

What the fastest way to do this?

    Thanks Jan

Thanks Alan, have you used that technique?

Today I use this code: Can I do it in some other way?

I have not had the need to export from Access as you have required.
