copying and filtering dates on a user input

OK So i have a wodge of data ( and none missing I'm not PHE he he sorry to soon ) anyways

what i need/like it to do is after the raw data has been pasted in then the user would click on a button and then be asked for a date and then a macro would run and copy and paste in that days tab. The issue im having is how would i get the user input into the macro or even how do i get excel to ask for a user input ?
