copy and paste function

Hi there I wonder if you could please help, I have this small code that simply copies A2:K" from Template sheet to the sheet name Summary_Maint_List.

the problem I have or that I am trying to sort out is how do I add a Copy Value and Source Formatting instead of normal copy ,

would that go into this line of the coding

I did a macro recording as well but it turns out to be a huge code that seem not necessary
