VBA Code to Add new worksheets & add a line to a summary tab with the correct data

Hi, I am just starting to get into macro's/VBA. Attached is a spread sheet that I am trying to update. I have a simple macro in here that when I run the macro it adds a new "Item" tab and adds a line to the "Summary" tab from the corresponding tab. The issue is every time I run it it adds a new item tab correctly but the line that is created on the summary tab does not link to the newly created item tab. It works okay on the first run of the macro but the 2nd, 3rd, etc. time the lines on the summary page are still linked to "Item (2)" tab. The idea is to able to open the spread sheet. Click the macro for as many new item tabs as desired and have the summary of each tab summarized on the "Summary" tab.
