Define location for Cut-Paste
i need to cut the rows inbetween and including W to X and paste them below Z in the example excel file
it needs to be done multiple times and the only way to differenciate Wi, Xi, Yi and Zi i see is each group of them being bound within pagebreaks
this process needs to be repeated roughly 200 times within the same sheet so if it s possible to work this out without loops please let me know
any hints would be great

I looked at your file but the question is not clear to me.
Please add the expected result manualy in the file and post it again.

i basically just need the order of the segments flipped within each page

Just before posting, scroll down to GO ADVANCED, click, and then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and click again. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
oh i see. it was just an additional picture of what i already added in the op tho. "example&Goal" first sheet describes the current state, the second"Goal" sheet is what im looking for
got a hint about using sorting elsewhere but the actual file i need to rearange doesnt follow any kind of alphabetical order
