help with vba to convert excel loop to a pdf file

    Hi everyone,

Firstly thank you for taking the time to read this and hope you and your loved ones are all safe and well. I would like some help in doing a loop, and saving all the outcomes from this loop into a single pdf file in vba. My project is a small scale example of what i would like to achieve. On sheet 1 i want help with option 6. The idea is to select all pupils which will loop through and create a single pdf, once my page has been reset and the blank cells are cleared i want option 6. Can this be done in VBA?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, and thank you once again for taking the time to read my post.

I can't download your file at the moment because this post is a result of me speaking into my phone. But to the point.... what exactly do you mean by you want to loop through and print out values to a PDF file? Are you talking about printing data to a new file and saving it as a different extension or are you talking about just printing the values out in the visual basic editor and saving that as a PDF file? Because the second option is not even possible because the visual basic editor is technically not a programand doesn't doesn't exhibit data in a way that represents a file.

This will give you an idea...
As you have formula in Student sheet I have just chosen 1 to 3 as the ones populated...
There are simpler ways of populating the Combobox...Which does not entail having hundreds of blank values...

    Good Luck...
I don't presume to know what I am doing, however, just like you, I too started somewhere...
