Write from userform to sheet

Hi all,

I have a workbook with a single sheet that I wish to use to record cash. I have a simple userform that I use to fill out the details and then transfer to the worksheet when I click the "Add to Database" button. The form works fine but the data is transferred to the worksheet as text in the date and amount columns. I am looking for vba code to make sure the date and amount are transferred in a date and currency format. I have attached a example file.
