Macro help to create sequntials links as count given in specific column

Hi Friends,

Can you help me create a macro for a problem. Number of Pages Needed means I need links to be created in Sequence for that link as shown in Solution. If number of pages says 8 then sequential link should be created starting from page= 1 till page = 8
