Groceries inventory : how to use UNIT of Measurement of Quantity( Pcs,Box) in spreadsheet

    Dear Expert,
Your help will be appreciated in advance, Mr sintek helped me before. I thanked him again. Now I struck in this stage.

    1 st option
I am trying to make groceries store pos. the purchase unit of measurement of quantity is different for all the items. Some are in box which contain 24 pcs, 36 pcs and 12 pcs and some items are in each i.e. only one item. The box bar-code is different than the items it consists.Sale is working for 1001 and 1002 but not for all because I manually putted all the references. for pepsi , in inventory there is 5 box (containing 36 unit) and 24 pcs and if you deduct 30 pcs, in inventory you will find 4 box and 30 pcs which is right but i don't know how to loop to do for the other items

    2nd option
with the receipt button I can add all the items to receipt which is fine ,I need help to deduct all the receipt items at onece from inventory list by clicking button 4

for reference the file is attached.
    Attached Files Attached Files

When I post my old thread url the error come as follow
But I think you can go to through my profile.

Dear Oeldere thanks to reply. The link is given above. I have mentioned everything in Excel file .

    Inventory
Code. UoM. Name Qnty. PC's in box
    1001. Box. Pepsi. Box 5. 36
    1002. Each. Pepsi. Each. 30. 1
    1003. Box. Cola. Box. 10. 24
    1004. Each. Cola each. 18. 1
    1005. Each. Water each. 14. 1
    1006. Each. Cake. Each 10. 1

    I make receipt like this

    Pepsi each. 32
    Cola box. 2
    Water each. 4
    Cola each. 20

After receipt the inventory should update like this

Code. UoM. Name Qnty. PC's in box
    1001. Box. Pepsi. Box 4 36
    1002. Each. Pepsi. Each. 34 1
    1003. Box. Cola. Box. 7 24
    1004. Each. Cola each. 22. 1
    1005. Each. Water each. 10. 1
    1006. Each. Cake. Each 10. 1

If the sale units are same as purchase unit and only one barcode is used for an item then it is easy. But in this case there are two barcode for an item , one for box and one for each. So it confused me how to manage it.
