VBA Transpose data vertically

Hi all,

Once again I'm in need of your expertise to transpose some expenses data. It looks a bit a like this.

and need it to be transposed in this format below, depending on how many split lines there are in each transaction which can be identified uniquely by its transaction number.

I have attached an excel file to illustrate further my desired result.
