Need UDF to Replace Quotation marks and apostrophe's

Dear Experts, I need a UDF please:

Required:

If quotation mark (") comes after a number, change to "IN" and if it comes before a number, change to space
If apostrophe (') comes between two numbers, change to "FT" and if quotation mark (") or apostrophe (') comes before or after alpha character, replace with a space.

I need to add that if " comes after alpha character and before a space, it will be removed or replaced by a space please.
