Copying a cell and pasting into a column for a certain number of times

I am trying to figure out the VBA for the following situation: In the example attached, I want to copy the values entered in cells D2 and D3 and paste them to their respective columns in the "Table" sheet for "Runs" number of times (AKA the amount of rows in the "Runs" column in the first sheet).

So for example, since cell D2's value is 4, I want this to be pasted 10 times (since the # of runs is 10) in the "Equil Conductivity" column of the "Table" sheet starting in cell A2. The amount of Runs is variable, in the current example it is 10.
