Move data based on middle part string to different column

Dear Experts,
kindly please help me with code, what based on middle part of text string calculate how many inputs are in column A1:A485 and how many in B1:B485. Then move relevant cells to column where was originally bigger amount of „middle parts“.
In case of unique middle part in one column – let it be in original column, in case of 50:50 move to A column.

Valid only for cells what contains "JDITR", others stay as original.

You can imagine columns as different parks with family members, at the end, all members have to meet together only in one same park. :D
