File would live on the user's local machine (they'd have a WB1).
Once info is transferred into WB2, they'd be working out of WB2.
I should have been more specific in my OP. I built a lead tracking and mortgage loan comparison workbook that a ton of my colleagues fell in love with and wanted a copy of their own. So I ended up tweaking it to be as user friendly as possible, but constantly I'm finding little bugs, or I make super tiny changes to be more efficient. When I come out with a new update, I want to send it to my colleagues and have it be a dummy proof system that allows them automatically take the database of clients / leads that they have built in WB1, and then just transfer it into WB2. And WB3, WB4, etc etc as I continually tweak and fine tune my workbook.
