Divide Taxable amount within Tax rate and taxable Group

Hallo Every One,

I Have a Calculation Problem . Please help me to resolve the same .

My sales men sent me His Sales Figure in Two Columns 1) Total Taxable amount 2 ) Total Vat Amount

Every time on receipts of This Figure I have to calculate again and again to bifurcate the

I Have 4 categories of tax Break 1 ) 14% 2) 9% 3) 6% 4) 2.5%

For Example if My Sales Men sends Me 1) Total Taxable Amount = 20000 and Total Vat Amount = 2300

I have to come up with any combination of VAT rate calculations that would sum up to 1) Total taxable amount and Total VAT Amount simultenously

My Ans : Will be 10000 * 14% = 1400 + 10000 * 9% =900 Total Amount = 20000 and Total Vat Amount = 2300
Please Provide formula to achieve the Given target
