I need help with getting data to copy to new page.

I am requesting help with getting formulas to copy to a new page or after the page break within the same worksheet.

I have a worksheet called discard list, in which i list information on contents (brand, item, size, model#, quantity, and photo) generally speaking the quantity will always be 1 and the photo will always say YES. i have a formula in both the quantity cell ( =IF(B2<>"","1","") so basically if cell B2 contains any text it will display 1 under the quantity and same for the photos ( =IF(B2<>"","YES",""). I have the formula copied all the way down the sheet to the last cell before the page break but when i go past the page break the formulas will not automatically continue to the new "PAGE".

I understand copying them down the sheet doesn't auto carry over to a new page. I had asked a few people who told me it could be done with VBA / Macro so just to be clear when i say new page i mean on the same worksheet after a page break.

also i have some design stuff that I want automatically copied over to the "NEW PAGE" for example I have a bottom border on the last cells before the page break to make it look neater, I can't get it to add the bottom border to new page as well.
