macro tip for importing and converting data

I want to import banktransactions in CSV-format to Excel including deleting some columns and replace "." to ",".
CSV file contain 19 columns, some could be empty.
Column 3,5,6,7,8,10,12,13,14,16 could de deleted and data in column 9 and 11 contain amounts of which "." should be replace to "," (for decimals).

Any suggestions for macro code?
