    Assign user form label to cell value

    Hi - I want to assign a user form label caption to a cell value, have tried form_initialize and setting the caption to the cell value but nothing gets populated when i launch the user form. File attached, any help appreciated

    Don't use the name of the userform in the initalize event, it should be
