Date and Time Picker-Excel 2016

Hi,

I am having trouble figuring out how to get the date and time picker for userforms. I have Excel 2016. Any suggestions?

Frustrated over the years, I have tried most approaches.
Attached a couple if they are of interest.
with the 'time picker' click on hour or minute numerals, they highlight light blue, set with scroll button.
The 'datepicker' is just three comboboxes for selection.
Both can be activated by clicking in column 'A' (A2 and below)

Another DatePicker, click in column 'A' (A2 downwards)
the scroll button acts on the blue highlighted box.
click on day or month or year boxes to highlight.
