Extract all numbers from string, returning numbers to individual cells

I have a project where I need to extract numbers from multiple cells, all in text format. Some cell has multiple numbers and each number needs to be returned to an individual cell. My aim is to extract these numbers and then run a search against an excel spreadsheet to find multiple occurrences of it.

No set format for numbers or text.

I have tried to attach the file, but could not.
