Send Email If Cell Color Is Red

Hi
Pls help I want to send an email if Cell color is RED. In my excel Column A has conditional formatting where few cells are Green filled and few cells are filled with Red.
I want to get all cells which are filled in red and print those respective cell values in email body and send email.

I believe I have it setup correctly but, where does it get the email address to send to?
