Check boxes cut and past into sheet

Hello,I need help with my to do task list and how to. 1) Cut and paste (move) checked tasks, unto an accomplished task list. The problem is when removing items from original to do list, accomplished task list removes items also. Ultimately, I want a to do list I can evacuate &update and an accomplished list that is repopulated & updated. What is the best way to do this? I appreciate all your help. Thank you in advance!
