Look cell string name then move names to next adjancent column with data

Hello Experts !
I have a requirement the data is reside in sheet Before and the results required like in After Process.
The Vba Code look for Column B sheet name Before, if cells names are different then copy the names and data to next adjacent column and so on.
The sample is attached
