Indication of frequent occurrence of certain text in a time interval

Hello,

I need a help. I'd like to ask if it's possible indication of frequent occurrence of certain text in a time interval.

I'll use the example...I have a table in which I write certain data based on data validation (I attached a simple table for an example).

I'd like to know how often for example the color of the car "blue" or type of engine "diesel" appears for the reporting period in the table (say in three months).

At the same time, I wonder if it is possible to indicate too often writing individual attributes. For example, If I write a blue car more than four times in two months, I get a warning in the form of color coding.

I hope I wrote it so that the question makes sense.

I haven't realized that I can display the frequency with Pivot Table...my mistake.

I'm not sure if I can attache privat work file and it's in czech language so I guess you won't understand the problem so good.

Basically columns E, F, and G are important to me in the attached file. I created a maintanance records when I have three levels of work (building, place and machine). I modified the attached
file to the specific problem.

For example, suppose I need to know indicate an increased number of repairs over a period. It's the black highlighted data in the yellow row for example (one in column F and two in column G).

I thought conditional formatting based on frequency indications over a period was so specific that it would be necessary to use a macro.

If I could make my request using a conditional formatting formula, then my question probably doesn't belong to the VBA category. Anyway I don't know how to do it in classic conditional formatting.

Can you help me with that please?
