Hide/Unhide Scroll Bars Code for Specific Sheets

Hi,

Is it possible to have codes to Hide or Unhide the scroll bars for sheets?

and sheets 1-12

Put it into sheet code for sheets which you want to hide scrollbars:

Do you know that user still can scroll it with mouse scroll?

then can't be scroll down more than 100 rows but you have to be sure that all necessary rows are visible for users.
Check Budget tab in attached file (there is no possibility of scroll or event click anywhere but if you resize window you can't see full table).
