userform error?

Hello!!

My userform was working perfectly fine until suddenly it stopped working and display error 424, object required. pretty sure the code was used correctly cause it has been working fine and i didnt do any edit or anything to it. suddenly it seems like it cant find the userform. some one please help..?

Private Sub showBAForm_Click()
BAProfileForm.Show
End Sub

it says that something is wrong with the BAProfileForm.Show
