Excel Automated filling of cells

Hi
In attachment is a screen shot of spreadsheet. It has various tanks in which lkquid is transferred from one tank to other. Depending on tanks i want an entry.


For example...
I have inserted value in R1652
If i insert value in R1652 i want entries in
B1652
C1652
D1652,1653,1654 as in the attachment

Kindly help with any formulas if possible

Similarly goes for other cells
