Runime Error 1004 - workbook works for me but not for a colleague

I have a workbook where it works perfectly for me but for a colleague returns a runtime error 1004 and highlights this row " .Formula = f "
what could be causing it as we are using the same version of excel etc.
Any help would be appreciated

I think you'd need to check the values in filstr and sourcecol when it fails.
