Pop Up Appears Twice After Running Initially

I am looking to show a pop up box only once when particular options are selected from dropdowns (1,1,1). However, the initial Hello message box appears for a second time following the second macro.

I have attached an example Excel doc to help explain the issue. If you select 1 from all the dropdowns the issue will become clear. Only want the Hello message to appear initially.
