Error in code to save image in user form in a specific folder

Hello. I have the following code but it give me error in this line: SavePicture picControl.Picture, path. The purpose of the code is to save the image in an specific folder and export it to a rate of cells. Also, if the are is not image loaded to the userform the code should run. I have tried to modify it but I cannot make it work.
