Hyperlinking a Cell value and adding to email body

Hello All,


What I have
I have a code that generates a link to a file in my CDrive and pastes its hyperlink to a cell in Column 13 . The line that does it is

Now I have another macro that is sending email. In the body of the email, I want this I want this location also pasted.

What I need

When I tried the following code, it either pastes as a simple text or doesn't paste anything
