Encountering VBA Error - Can't find project or library without a way to fix it!

I have now had the same error pop on two non-related .xlxm files. I open the file and a pop up says "Can't find project or library". I go the VBA editor to either turn on the missing library and either its 1) nothing shows as "missing" or 2) the box won't open at all.

I'm not sure if this is an issue with my Excel or if something is happening to my .xlxm files.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply and guidance. I wasn't intentionally being vague with the title. I literally don't know why this error is happening and the ways to fix it aren't working.

Does this occur with only the two workbooks you mention in post #1 or with other macro enabled workbooks on your computer?

It first occurred a couple of days ago with a file that I don't even use the macros on. It then occurred with another file that has quite a few macros including one that uses the Solver.

Perhaps a problem with "Visual Basic for Applications"?

This is found in the"Office Shared Feature" group. Just insert your Office installation disk, select "Add or Remove Features" and then VBA. Just make sure it is set to "Run from my computer".

I'm using O365. Do you recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling?
