Automatically Saving Certain Columns Upon Closing Excel???? HELP!

Hello all, I'm looking for help!

I have an Excel file that I need to save only specific columns locked upon closing the document. I've been trying to figure the VBA macro code on my own, but nothing I tried works. Please help!!! Thank you!
