issue with macro freeze pane from sheet 1 to sheet 2 getting runtime error 1004

I have a two worksheets database and unique data .

From worksheets database,I am trying trying to activate macro below to freeze first row of unique data

getting runtime error 1004

unable to get the select property of range class

Can anyone assist what is going wrong
