move data upwards to a blank row and delete all blank rows below

dear friends,

attached is a sample sheet showing the SAMPLE (in yellow), RESULT 1 (in red) & RESULT 2 (in blue).
the RESULT will be either one and never both (either RESULT 1 or RESULT 2 depends on the data entered).

the white background areas are all data entry.

RESULT 1

if data is inserted as per SAMPLE, in order to obtain RESULT 1 some of the blank data rows have to be filled with the data available below (say P13 to AA21) and finally entire BLANK row/s (A to AB) has to be deleted. this process has to be done automatically may be with the assistance of an ACTIVE X control button?

RESULT 2
======
assuming there is no data under the 2nd level greyed cages (P24 to AB29) then there is no point to insert any box numbers in the greyed cages which will then be kept blank or with a hyphen (-) mark. if this is the case then this 2nd level greyed cages (P22 to AB23) along with the below blank cells should be deleted and finally the result should be as per comment made in RESULT 1 above.
