I have generated a feedback form in excel worksheet. I want to create a sheet in which I get the data submitted in the form to be saved in various fields as a summery in list form so that I may analyze the data. The form worksheet is a single pager and filled in individually to take hard copies. Need help in this regard. Thanking you all
