match names of B column with column C and then highlight

Look in to the attached file in column B first name vansh corporation first four letter that name is vansh match that letters
with name in the C column then it would be found correct matching with name which is in cell C8 then highlight that both name
in colour yellow then again same letters is in cell B12 again match that first four letter in name of column of C but this time
it would not found so become it in red colour , and so on, do this process with every name of column B and compare with it to column C,
please give me VBA code for that
