How to find the exact time (From my data) using vba program

Hi Guys

I need some help here using the vba programming to find the data and select the range of data accurately

The data here i am referring to is time. For example, I want to find the first timing. Next, i find the second timing that i want.

From there, i can get the cell range. I manage to do the program but it was not right.
