Vlook up not picking every value

I have 2 workbooks
in one of the sheets, I am trying to use vlookup and get values from the second workbook.
I have combined date and time column in both the workbooks so as to use the vlookup.

The formula is only giving me 60-70% of the values. I am not sure why its not working on remaining values. The values that it has given are correct. Also manual vlookup is working on the sheet. There is no reason why vba vlookup should not work.

I am sharing the workbooks with you guys. Here majority of 28th feb values are not copied in excel file even after using vlook up.

Excel is the main file and ce 10750 is the second file from where data is taken.

It is not clear how you think this is going to work. Your VLOOKUP call looks like this:

This call is checking the value in column C, which looks like this

27/02/20190.497222222222222

and trying to find an exact match for that value in column B which is just a date. Contrary to your description, you have not combined time and date in the CSV file. I don't see why it should work for any of the values.

Well, please run the macro. It will insert the line in second file too.

Your macro is specific to your environment. I would have to rewrite it to run it.
