If Function Return Last 5 That Match

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to write a function in cells V2:W9 that show the record of the last 5 times each unit was used in column G and when it was a W or L in column J. For instance, in column G it needs to look for the 5 more recent times 3 was used and count if it was a W or an L...the answers for cell V4:W5 are in there just off my visuals, but I want to get formulas there that automate it all. Please let me know if I need to further explain. Thanks in advance!!

Try array entering this formula in V2, fill down and across to W9.

If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.

Dave, quick question - does that formula only work with a minimum of 5 instances? For instance, the 5, 6 and 8 units have 3, 1, and 1 instances respectively, and those did not populate.

If you would like for it to count those 3,1 and 1 then array enter this instead.
