Embed a date picker in a cell in a shared workbook Excel 2016 64 bit

I have downloaded a few 3rd party date picker add-ins that work great for me but not so much for a workbook that I need to share with a couple hundred people. I am trying to set a workbook up that contains a departure date and return date field and in the field I would like the user to be able to select the dates from a date picker. The problem I keep seeing is you have to have the third party add-in to get a date picker in 64-bit on your computer and I don't want the user to have to download anything. Is it possible to embed a date picker within the workbook and then share the workbook with the date picker embedded?
