Navigate to cell using find from dropdown list selection

Hi

I need to navigate around a larger worksheet to enter data and to speed things up I would like for when an ID is selected from a data validation list in cell B1(in a frozen header), this selection would trigger a search of the range B3:B to Lrow and then select chosen ID cell

Ive had a quick look at it but think selection change maybe not the way to go
