Closing HTM window that pops up when copying data between the sheets

Hi: I am new to VBA trying to download data from oracle hyperion and trying to copy to differnt sheet using VBA but while copying a new window pops up sometimes as attached. How do I close the window using VBA script? so I can sucessfully copy the data I want to a different sheet. really appreicate your help,
