Put / between letters and numbers

Looking for vba to separate letters from numbers in a cell with a /. For example:

B,C,E,3,5 would become B,C,E/3,5. Or A,15 would become A/15. Notice the commas have to stay in place except where the / substitutes for it. The column also contains cells with just letters or just numbers that should not be affected since they are not mixed alphanumerically. Thanks.
