Hi, I want and mark duplicates in a row.

= $ F $ 3, $ J $ 3, $ N $ 3, $ R $ 3, $ V $ 3, $ Z $ 3, $ AD $ 3, $ AH $ 3, $ AL $ 3, $ AP $ 3

How can I get this to work on 1000 rows?

Select the data you want to get checked on duplicates. Then choose conditional formatting, new rule.
Pick 'Format only unique or duplicate values'. Select 'duplicate' and set the format you want.
