VBA works for Form Combo box but not Active X

I am trying to make it so I can use an ActiveX combo box to open hyperlinked files. I have VBA code to do this with the FOrm Combo Box but due to requirements of the interface Im working on I need to use an active X combo box. Can someone fix my code. thanks

This link shows what I'm trying to do. But when I try use the VBA on an activeX combo box i get type match error 13.
