(Month/day/year) to (Day/month/year)

Hello everyone

I have userform that copies a textbox value to a sheet, the problem is that
i made the cell format "day/month/year', but still the cell reads it "m/d/y)
example if textbox filled with "4/6/2019" the cell reads it "6-april-2019" i need irt to be "4-june-2019"

i appreciate your help
