excel save attachments to access database

Hi,

Need your help again.

I have a simple userform (Name, Comment, Attachment button)

What I want vba to do is, save the name, comment and attachment to the access database
(i already have the code for saving the name and comment, but cant figure out the attachment part)

The field of the access table is [uName] [Comment] [Attachment]

any help will do
